Entrepreneurs

Mike K. & John P.

Once cellmates for over 10 years, were then roommates again at the Cornerstone New Hope home. During their time in prison, they spent countless hours daydreaming about a brighter future. At CNH, they turned those dreams into reality by founding New Hope Honey Makers, an artisanal honey business.

Their premium honeys are sourced from apiaries they established across Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties, near the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Together, Mike and John have built a thriving business and a testament to hope, friendship, and perseverance.
